These terms govern access to Expertlld's low-level design documentation, infrastructure planning services, and related technical deliverables. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions below.
Expertlld provides low-level design blueprints, fiber optic routing diagrams, and technical infrastructure planning for corporate data centers and server farms in Malaysia. Deliverables are limited to engineering documentation and planning materials described in the agreed project scope. Any additional work outside the stated scope requires a separate agreement.
You are responsible for providing accurate site information, existing infrastructure data, and access to relevant facilities during the planning phase. Delays in supplying this information may affect project timelines. You must also ensure that any third-party data shared with us is properly authorized for disclosure.
All LLD blueprints, diagrams, and planning documents prepared by Expertlld remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon settlement, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended facility. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our documentation without prior written consent.
Expertlld's liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided for the affected project. We are not liable for indirect damages, operational losses, or costs arising from implementation decisions made based on our documentation. Our deliverables are planning references, not construction or installation instructions.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to meet material obligations. Upon termination, you must cease using any incomplete deliverables and return or destroy confidential materials shared during the engagement. Fees for completed work remain payable.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our service offerings or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, contact info@expertlld.com.
