Onboarding sequence

From request to LLD blueprint

Start an onboarding call

Scope intake

You share the site constraints: floor area, rack count, power budget, and the expected tier. We map these against the existing building services and flag any gaps before drafting begins.

Site data review

We inspect the architectural drawings, riser diagrams, and utility entry points. This step confirms where fiber paths, busways, and cooling lines can actually run without colliding with structural elements.

Draft LLD package

You receive a first pass: rack elevations, cable schedules, patch panel layouts, and termination details. The drawings are issued in a format your installation crew can mark up directly.

Revision loop

We work through two structured review rounds. Each comment is logged against a specific drawing sheet, so nothing gets lost between the site team and the design office.

Final issue

The approved set is issued with a revision table, a material takeoff, and a punch-list template. You get a clean handover document that matches what will be built on site.
