Scope notes for LLD deliverables and infrastructure planning engagements.

Terms that define the boundaries of each blueprint

Low Level Design scopeEach LLD package covers rack elevations, cable schedules, and port-to-port patching for the specified server hall. Structural, fire suppression, and building management systems are referenced only where they intersect with telecom pathways.

Site survey dependencyDrawings are issued after a physical walkthrough of the facility. Ceiling voids, riser shafts, and containment trays are measured on site; dimensions from as-built records are treated as provisional until verified.

Revision policyUp to two revision cycles are included per package. Changes requested after the second issue are logged as a new revision and quoted separately, unless they result from an error in the original drawing set.

Fiber and copper standardsRouting plans assume OM4 multimode and OS2 singlemode fiber with LC connectors, plus Category 6A copper for management links. Other media types require a scope adjustment before drafting begins.

Equipment data responsibilityRack elevations are built from the equipment schedule you provide. Missing or outdated device dimensions delay the issue date; Expertlld is not liable for discrepancies introduced by third-party hardware data.

Handover formatFinal deliverables are issued as layered DWG files, PDF sets, and a cable schedule in spreadsheet form. Native editing rights are granted only after the final invoice is settled.

Order Request Summary

Review the LLD packages you selected, confirm your contact details, and choose how our engineering team should reach you. No payment is collected at this stage.

How to reach the engineering desk

Ticket / LLD review

Submit a design request

Open a ticket through the client portal with your project ID and the specific rack or fiber segment that needs attention. The engineering desk reviews LLD revisions and infrastructure change requests in the order they arrive.

Email / Documentation

Send drawings and markups

Attach the latest blueprint, cable schedule, or power distribution sheet to info@expertlld.com. Include the site name and the revision number so the team can match your files against the current as-built set.

Phone / Urgent field issue

Call for live troubleshooting

For active outages or on-site faults that block a cutover, call +60 14 004 3075. The line is staffed during business hours and routes to the duty engineer when a critical path is down.

SLA / Standard window

Response time for LLD queries

Routine design questions and document requests get a first reply within one business day. Markup reviews and cable route checks follow the same window unless the scope requires a site walkthrough.

SLA / Priority window

Expedited review for cutover blocks

When a deployment is stalled by a missing detail or a conflicting diagram, the priority queue responds within four working hours. This lane is reserved for issues that stop physical installation or commissioning.

FAQ / Self-service

Check common design questions

Before opening a ticket, scan the FAQ for answers on rack elevation formats, fiber bend radius limits, and labeling conventions. Most routine clarifications are covered there with the exact values used in our LLD templates.

Direct Lines for LLD Coordination

For project inquiries, blueprint reviews, or scheduling a technical walkthrough of your data center, reach the Expertlld engineering desk directly. We respond to all infrastructure planning requests within one business day.
