We start with a site survey to map what is already in place: active ports, patch panel positions, breaker assignments, and cable routes. That baseline becomes the foundation of the new LLD, so we are not designing in a vacuum. If something cannot be verified on site, it is flagged in the drawing set rather than assumed.
Yes. The whole point of a low level design is to remove ambiguity. Every cable is numbered, every rack is referenced to a grid coordinate, and every termination point is labeled. A contractor with basic telecom training should be able to execute the build without asking the facility team for clarifications.
We include one revision cycle in the standard engagement. That covers changes that come up during the review meeting, such as a rack move or a different switch placement. Additional revision rounds are scoped separately, and we document every change so the drawing set stays consistent.
For a single server hall with up to 40 racks, the survey and drawing production usually takes three to four weeks. Larger facilities with multiple halls or complex fiber backbone routes take longer. We give you a milestone schedule before the work starts, so you know when each drawing package will be ready for review.
Yes. We work with corporate data centers across Malaysia. For sites outside Penang, the survey phase is done remotely with your on-site team, or we arrange a short visit if the facility is complex enough to justify it. The drawing production and review process is identical regardless of location.
