Ongoing Support Package
The Ongoing Support Package is built for teams that already have their LLD blueprints in place but need a steady hand after handover. It is not another design review or a one-time audit. It is a recurring engagement that keeps your infrastructure documentation aligned with what is actually running in the facility.
Most corporate data centers in Malaysia change faster than their documentation. A rack gets reconfigured, a fiber path gets rerouted, a cooling unit gets replaced. Within a quarter, the original low-level design no longer matches the physical layout. That gap is where operational risk hides. This package closes it by pairing your engineering team with a dedicated telecom engineer who tracks changes, updates diagrams, and flags inconsistencies before they become incidents.
The work follows a fixed rhythm. Every month, we review the as-built state of your server farm against the current LLD set. We verify cable labels, patch panel mappings, and rack elevations. We update the affected sheets and send back a revision log that shows exactly what changed and why. If your team is planning a modification, we can also pre-check the proposed change against the existing design to catch conflicts early.
This is a follow-up engagement, not a replacement for project work. It works best when the original design was done properly and the goal is to keep it that way. You get a single point of contact, a documented history of every revision, and a set of drawings that always reflect reality. For teams that manage multiple facilities or high-density server rooms, this consistency makes the difference between a reference document and a source of truth.
If you are unsure whether your current documentation is accurate enough for this package, we can start with a one-time gap assessment. That gives you a clear picture of what needs attention before committing to a recurring schedule.
